Atlantica Marina Oak Island
Nestled amid a cluster of famous old sailing communities, the Marina at Atlantica Hotel Oak Island is a perfect base from which to set sail.
The Marina is operational from mid-May until mid-October and offers 41 seasonal berths and four moorings. Our Marina offers various services and is also the departure point for many on-site activities and tours.

- $225 seasonal fee
- $75 per night +tax – nightly visitor rate – along side berth (weekly & monthly rates available)
- $50 per night +tax – nightly visitor rate – mooring

Seaside Villas
New to Atlantica Hotel & Marina Oak Island are the seaside villas, condo style accommodations located directly on the water’s edge at our private marina.
With tasteful contemporary décor, these three level villas all feature 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, full kitchen and are fully air conditioned. Enjoy your own private entry, waterside balcony, in-floor heating, hardwood, granite kitchen counter tops, and ceramic flooring.
