2011 Mahone Bay Pirate Festival & Regatta
July 29 -31
The Regatta kicks off on Friday, July 29th at 1700 hrs with a Sailpast in the Mahone Bay Harbour, saluting the Pirate Captains in residence on the verandah at the Mug & Anchor. This rising tide event is open to all boats, sail, power and paddle. All vessels and crews should dress for the occasion in best pirate fashion and prizes will be awarded for the best turned out.

Chester Race Week

Chester Race Week, features the largest keel boat regatta in Canada. The historic regatta has been presented by the Chester Yacht Club for over 100 years. Providing highly competitive racing in several classes, Race Week welcomes residents and visitors to view the action from the deck of the club and join the racers for live music, food and dancing.
